| The online option is for Mill Woods Seniors Association members who have held an MWSA membership within the last 12 months, and do not have any change in updates, i.e address, phone numbers, etc. Otherwise, please fill out a "NEW" membership form. |
| Membership with the Mill Woods Seniors Association (MWSA) is open to seniors 55 and older. |
| You do not need to be a resident of Mill Woods to become a member. |
| Annual memberships are valid for 365 days from the day you register and confirm payment. |
| Memberships are available for $36.00 per year. |
| Payment may be made in person during office hours by cash, cheque, credit, or debit. Or you can register online with a credit card. |
| Memberships are non-refundable or transferable. |
